This would have been found on all of the OMC Cobra models 1986 & 1987 where the gimbal steering arm cover was still integrated into the top cover. Subsequent 1988 1993 models had a separate aluminum cover for the steering arm access and a plastic top cover. I. E. 4cyl 2. 3L Ford 4cyl 2.
